Hussnan is the founder of Maritime Properties, who set up the company in 2007 after completing his degree from the University of Surrey. Hussnan has a wealth of experience from all angles of the property field, ranging from finance, lettings, sales, acquisitions and developments. With a property portfolio of his own, he understood the needs of property owners and set out to ensure property owners received a service that would fill the gaps left in services provided by the majority of estate agents. Hussnan is a focused individual, and heads the business development and marketing here at Maritime Properties, and is constantly looking for new innovations within the property sector to introduce to the clients of Maritime Properties. Hussnan is able to guide people in property purchases and ways in which to maximise your property investments, from all aspects including financing options.

Mitul Patel

Mitul leads the sales team at Maritime Properties, and ensures that all clients at Maritime Properties are being served at the highest possible standards. Mitul is often known as a perfectionist, and likes to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard. Mitul has now been working in the property industry for many years and often passes on this experience gained to clients for them to benefit from. Mitul is a very efficient member of the team and tries to make sure everyone is as efficient as him, which keeps everyone on their toes! Mitul heads the property management team, and the property sales department.

Jay is one of the oldest members of the team at Maritime Properties, having joined the company in 2008 as a junior negotiator Jay has moved up the ranks through the company and completed his training as a financial advisor. As demonstrated Jay is a very committed and driven individual who has set some big goals for him self. Jay is a very kind and polite individual and most people tend to become friends with Jay very quickly as he provides a very personal and tailored service to each individual client. Jay sets very high standards for himself and ensures he attains those if not go beyond! Jay currently heads the Insurance and protection department at Maritime Properties

Abdul heads the lettings department, as is renowned for being able to let properties in records times! Abdul always gives a great service and goes the extra mile to make sure every client receives a service that goes beyond their expectations. He is also an award winning negotiator from the Archant group. Abdul is a friendly person and is a bit of a workaholic! It tends to work well for his clients as they all end up being very happy people. Adul has been the person behind the development of our well recognised lettings service within the Greenwich area constantly exceeding expectations of our valued clients.

Bianca Office Co-ordinator

Bianca is a relatively new member to the team at Maritime Properties, however is a important member of the team. Bianca always ensures that all our clients' needs are being fulfilled and every person leaves us happy with the level of service they have received. Bianca has a background in customer services, for a number of years. Bianca is always smiling, and has a positive effect on customers and members of staff as she is a friendly individual, she gets on well with everyone she speaks to. Bianca is the property management co-ordinator at Maritime Properties.

Sara Administrator

Sara is the newest member of the team. Sara is perhaps one of the most creative individuals of the team, and is currently undergoing training. Sara ensures that all of our paper work is up to date, and that we are up to scratch with all legal obligations in each and every property that we let. Sara is constantly bringing positive energy to the team at Maritime Properties. Sara is currently undergoing training to take up a position within our soon to come interior design department. Sara's background is in fine arts and architecture.

Tanja, is a part time member of our administration team. Tanja ensures that all of the negotiators often messy paper work is organised and completed to the high standards we hold at Maritime Properties
